We offer a number of options to have your objects valued for auction. Expert auction advice is always without obligation and free of charge. To ensure that the right appraiser/expert is available and we allow sufficient time for you, we work by appointment only.

In-house / Office valuation

You can make an appointment for valuation / consignment during our contribution and valuation periods. The appraiser will view and value the objects you bring with you, if you agree then you can leave the objects immediately for auction. You will of course receive a receipt with all agreements.

Home or on-site valuation

For a no obligation and free of charge auction consultation of household effects, collections or art and antique collections. We can make an appropriate appointment with you. One of our certified registered appraisers will gladly visit you for a personal introduction and to discuss the auction possibilities with you. You will then receive a professional auction proposal/appraisal from us.

In appropriate cases, we ask that you send us some photos prior to the appointment. This way we can determine what expertise(s) are needed and estimate how much time we should schedule for you.

To make an appointment or further questions about appraisals of household effects and collections, please contact one of our appraisers by phone +31(0)35-6400989.

Should you decide to consign items for auction, we are able to arrange transport. We will discuss transport possibilities and costs with you in advance.

Valuation on basis of photographs

It is also possible to give you (preliminary) auction advice based on photos. For example, if it is difficult to come to us with the objects, or you doubt whether items are suitable for auction.

An auction proposal/appraisal based on photos gives you a quick and efficient indication of auction value. If items are suitable for auction we will then be happy to make an appointment for consignment.

For a good and thorough advice, we like to receive good quality and sharp photographs of your art and/or antiques. For paintings, prints and drawings we like to receive photos of the front and back and a detail of the signature. For silver, jewelry and gold objects we would also like to receive photographs of any hallmarks. If there are any other details, marks or damage, please send us photos of these as well.

Please send us the photos with required additional information on dimensions, materials, technique and origin by email, WeTransfer or the upload link below. The photos will be forwarded internally to the appropriate appraiser/expert. We aim to respond to you within 5 business days.

Important to know

The auction advice based on photos remains an indication. For a final valuation, it is necessary for our appraisers to be able to see the objects in real life.
