Appraisal Services

• Insurance: Your art, jewelry, antiques and valuables properly and accurately insured in accordance with Art. 7:960 of the Civil Code.
• Distribution among parties: In the case of distribution among multiple parties, such as a divorce or estate, we offer independent appraisals.
• Inheritance tax: An official valuation report may be required for inheritance tax returns.

Expertise

Our registered appraisers are members of the Federation of Appraisers, Brokers and Auctioneers (TMV). Membership in TMV requires proven professionalism, expertise and discretion. So you can rely on the highest standard of service and integrity.

Officially recognized valuation report

If we perform an official valuation for you, you will receive a report made according to the guidelines and advice of the Federation TMV. These reports are accepted by all official agencies (e.g. tax authorities, insurance companies and notary offices). For the preparation of official valuation reports and valuations (other than for auction) we charge the following rates.

Appraisal rates for other purposes

Per hour: € 150 (excluding VAT) (with a minimum rate of € 450).
Travel time per hour € 75 (within a radius of 20 km, no travel time is charged)

When appropriate, such as for specific expertise in a particular subfield or when we are preparing our auctions, we will refer you to other TMV certified appraisers.
